Bhati Rasoa
Founder/CEO
I discovered my passion for content creation long before stepping into the industry. What started as a personal interest quickly grew into a career after I created a promotional video that landed me my first role at The Grand Royal Swiss Hotel. Along the way, I sharpened my skills through Google-certified courses and hands-on projects, working with brands like the French Embassy in Kenya, Luxe Nails Parlor, and real estate developers in Nairobi.
Through these experiences, I noticed a common challenge; many businesses had incredible products and stories but struggled to translate them into a strong digital presence. That realization inspired me to start Rasoa Digital Agency (RDA): a boutique agency built to bridge that gap, combining creativity with strategy to help brands not just exist online, but truly thrive.
Today, as the Founder & CEO of Rasoa Digital Agency, I bring that blend of passion, strategy, and hands-on experience to empower businesses to grow confidently in the digital era.

From a young age, I was fascinated by how moments could be captured and remembered forever. What began as simple curiosity with a camera grew into a deep passion for storytelling. I gravitated toward film, poetry, and photography as ways to preserve emotions, culture, and experiences that words alone couldn’t express.
I started small; borrowing gear, practicing with friends, and experimenting with editing software. Every project, no matter how small, became an opportunity to learn and grow. Over time, I realized filmmaking wasn’t just about visuals, it was a way to inspire, connect people, and give meaning to stories.
Today, as a filmmaker, editor, and creative director, I carry the same vision that fueled me from the start: to tell authentic stories that educate, inspire, and leave a lasting impact. At RDA, I’m excited to channel that passion into helping brands and individuals bring their stories to life, creating work that not only looks good, but feels meaningful.
Roy Munene

I’ve always had a creative streak, from taking photos on my phone as a teen to working as a nail technician where artistry was part of my daily routine. My turning point came at Luxe Nails Parlor, where I met Bhati Rasoa and watched her in action as a social media manager and content creator. Inspired by her work, I took the bold step to learn the trade myself. Under her mentorship, I honed my skills in videography and photography, uncovering a passion I hadn’t realized was waiting to be built into a career.
To strengthen my craft, I pursued Google and Meta-certified courses in digital marketing, combining hands-on creativity with strategic knowledge. This gave me the confidence to bridge both the artistic and business sides of digital media.
Today, as Co-Founder & COO of Rasoa Digital Agency, I bring that balance to the forefront, developing ideas that help brands grow, while fostering strong client relationships that ensure we deliver on every promise.
Almasi Gathoni
Creative Director
I'm a multidisciplinary creative with a background rooted in both design and storytelling. Primarily schooled in Atlanta, I hold a BSc in Interactive Design, which shaped my foundation in visual communication, digital experiences, and creative strategy.
My journey is guided by inspiration from culture, community, and real-life narratives. Today, I bring that perspective into my work at RDA, contributing to campaigns, creative development, and projects that support and elevate emerging talent.
I'm passionate about making a meaningful difference in the creative space, whether through storytelling, workshops, or community-driven initiatives.
